Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by GBP Reinstatement Experts ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

GBP Reinstatement Experts provides Google Business Profile reinstatement and recovery services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Free suspension audits and assessments
  • GBP reinstatement services
  • Appeal preparation and submission
  • Manual escalation to Google support
  • Compliance consulting and support
  • Multi-location GBP advisory services

No Guarantee of Results

While we have a high success rate, we cannot guarantee that your Google Business Profile will be reinstated. The final decision on reinstatement rests solely with Google. We do not have special access to or relationships with Google that guarantee any particular outcome.

Our "No Fix, No Fee" policy means that if we are unable to successfully reinstate your Google Business Profile, you will not be charged for our services. However, this does not apply to cases where the client provides false information, fails to cooperate, or violates Google's terms after reinstatement.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business
  • Respond promptly to requests for additional documentation
  • Not engage in activities that violate Google's Terms of Service
  • Maintain compliance with Google's guidelines after reinstatement
  • Not misrepresent your business or services to us or Google

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. For paid services:

  • Full payment or agreed deposit is due before work begins
  • All fees are in the currency specified in your agreement
  • Refunds are subject to our "No Fix, No Fee" policy terms

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, suspension details, or any documentation you provide with third parties, except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GBP Reinstatement Experts and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBP Reinstatement Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any changes to your Google Business Profile made by Google
  • Unauthorized access to your information
  • Any third-party conduct or content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GBP Reinstatement Experts and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other clients, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GBP Reinstatement Experts operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
